TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. "IN ALL CASES, YOU WILL NOT LOSE ANY INFORMATION ON YOUR DEVICE. WE UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT THIS IS FOR YOU. WE CAN AND WILL ADVISE YOU IN ADVANCE IF YOU'RE AT RISK OF LOSING INFORMATION, BUT WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST INFORMATION.​

  2. ALL REPAIRS COME WITH A 3-MONTH WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF THE DEVICE IS PHYSICALLY DAMAGED OR IF A PART HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A THIRD PARTY OR SUSTAINED LIQUID DAMAGE.

  3. AFTER YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN REPAIRED, YOU HAVE 60 DAYS TO PAY FOR IT BEFORE WE RECYCLE IT.

  4. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT A $50 FEE APPLIES TO ALL INSURANCE QUOTES.

  5. A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF A NETWORK CARRIER BLOCKS A HANDSET FROM THEIR NETWORK UPON UNLOCKING THE HANDSET.

  6. ONSITE REPAIRS ARE NOT IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER OFFER AND ARE ONLY AVAILABLE WITH GENUINE PART REPAIRS.

  7. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO WE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES."
